1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak strips, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

  2. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
  3. Return the steak to the pan, mixing it with the pasta.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  1. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

✅ You can use New York strip or filet mignon for a more tender steak.
✅ Swap fettuccine for penne, linguine, or spaghetti based on preference.
✅ Want it extra creamy? Add an extra ¼ cup of heavy cream.
✅ Spice it up with a pinch of cayenne or extra red pepper flakes.
