Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat Oven & Prepare Toppings
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Slice and prepare all your toppings while the dough rises.
Step 3: Roll Out the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Evenly distribute pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, and onions over the pizza. Sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.
